I have been growing orchids for 15+ years now. In 2008, I took my first lesson in Sogetsu Ikebana. For me, growing orchids and creating Ikebana arrangements are my meditation. I created this blog to share my pictures and ideas with you. It is like my JOURNAL and helps me keep track of my progress.

Free style - Large Arrangement
To "Use a certain vase for a certain flower". I wonder did I choose the right materials? I thought the small Chrysanthemum matches well with the container but my teacher suggested that bigger orange red flower ( like Heliconia) might be better for this arrangement. (3/31/2015)
