Complementing an Art Work - (7)

Make an arrangement based on the inspiration given by the art work. Here were three arrangements done by other artists I particularly love the most. Each arrangement was complementing or incorporating the art works. They were exhibited at the Philadelphia Flower Show. The first one is the famous Hiroshige's wood block (Ukiyoe) with an arrangement. We have this lesson in Ikebana text book 5. I also tried this lesson few years ago.

The PHS Philadelphia Flower Show - Ikebana (6)

These are the 3rd rotation of Ikebana, the last one from 3/9/2018 to 3/11/2018. The reason we need three rotations is Ikebana demands the flowers fresh enough for 3-4 days of display and also to give more opportunity to other eligible people to show their works.
The first picture is my arrangement. It's on a 2feet x 4feet x 4inches platform.
Material: Azalea, Glorirosa, Mum, golden rod, pine and vine / ceramic vase on wooden board

The PHS Philadelphia Flower Show- Ikebana (5)

These are the 2nd rotation of Ikebana arrangements from 3/6/2018 to 3/8/2018. My arrangement will be in the 3rd rotation, so I have to bring my materials to the convention center on 3/8 night to arrange there to be ready for display from 3/9 to 3/11/2018.

The PHS Philadelphia Flower Show- Ikebana (4)

The first rotation of the Ikebana section from 3/2 to 3/5/2018. I was there to do my host duty. To promote I.I.( Ikebana International) and to answer the questions about Ikebana. Three Ikebana schools: Ikenobo, Ohara and Sogetsu. Their individual arrangements were shown here:
